Brightly colored trees
presents all wrapped in perfect bows
elaborate meals on the table
time with family
snow crunching under our feet
christmas songs on full blast
Christmas cards written
beautiful things about Christmas
but the real meaning
contains four words
And the Word became flesh
God send his son
as a baby
to save the world
After all
Christmas has the word
CHRIST tucked into its meaning
why have we taken the mean of
Christmas out of Christmas
Let's strive to put the
CHRIST
back into Christmas this season
